    Spicewood, TX is located about 22 miles NW of Austin, and 16 miles SE of Marble Falls, we intersect with three different counties:  Blanco,  Burnet, and Travis, in addition to various watery boundaries: Cypress Creek, Colorado River, Fall Creek, Lake Travis, and Pedernales River. 

   Spicewood census statistics for the TX 78669 zip area (2000) counted a population of 5,527.  It is a bit more reasonable to consider approximately 11,500 citizens and growing in 2006 though,  (due to the extensive growth and continued U-Haul sightings).  Possibly our hill county views, vast waterfront,  and generally playful nature everybody likes, here in the Spicewood area.  

    In Spicewood, most subdivisions include their own marina or access and park areas.  In addition,  the area that surrounds Spicewood has numerous lake and creek settings to play in the sun, including the infamous Pace Bend Park, featuring 1,368 acres landmass with 9 miles of Lake Travis waterfront of it's own,  and our latest donation of Reimer's Ranch.
